On November 15, the official website of China Building Materials Circulation Association announced the "List of Science and Technology Award Winning Projects of China Building Materials Circulation Association in 2023", and the "Research and Development and Engineering Application of Integrated Intelligent Monitoring Platform for High-speed Railway Machine-made Aggregate Production and Application" jointly declared by China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group and other units won the first prize in the category of scientific and technological progress.
This year, to better realize dust suppression and sewage recovery in the process of sand and stone processing and promote green processing of sand and stone, China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group, in conjunction with China Academy of Railway Sciences and other units, has launched a joint venture of China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group Combined with artificial intelligence (AI) technology such as intelligent perception, machine learning and automatic control, the environment monitoring system of machine-made aggregate yard was developed, which included data acquisition, calculation and processing, sound and light warning, dust suppression, sewage recycling and other modules. The data acquisition module can use the sensor technology to obtain the dust, noise, wastewater, and other environmental parameters generated in the whole process of aggregate production. After the comparison and analysis of the big data and the monitoring data, it can timely send out the sound and light alarm prompt and control the dust suppression, sewage recovery, and other modules to run automatically with low energy consumption to realize the green production of the aggregate yard. Currently, the sand and stone processing plants of Yuxiang Expressway and other projects do not need manual dust removal, and the dust removal rate can reach 98%.
It is reported that the China Building Materials Circulation Association Science and Technology Award is approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, listed in the National Science and Technology Award Office Award Series, for the national industry science and technology awards, once a year to review and award. In 2023, 142 projects entered the general evaluation, and 109 projects passed the final review by experts.
